Spring Retreat Registration

Cowichan Lake Outdoor Education and Conference Centre
(1h30 from Victoria, 1h from Nanaimo)
To ensure your place at this year’s Spring Retreat, you need to do two things:
- Send us a registration form (online or mail-in), and
- Send us payment (online or mail-in!).
1. Registration Form
You can register by either:
- filling in and submitting the form below, or
- by printing and mailing the VIUC Spring Retreat 2015 Registration PDF file.

2. Payment
Payment here using PayPal is optional: you may pay by cheque, payable to First Unitarian Church of Victoria, with “VIURetreat” on the memo line, sent to our Registrar:

Regular registration fee from March 7 – April 10 is $300.
Final registration deadline is April 10.
