Is there something you would like to share in your congregation’s Sunday service but have never written a sermon before? Or perhaps you have experience and want to develop your skills and comfort? Rev. Meg Roberts will show you a process to support your creative expression, share various resources, as well as provide tips on effective public speaking that touches the head and the heart.

To help integrate your learning, 2 one-hour online group coaching sessions will follow. Options are Sat April 8 at 10am and 1:30pm, Wed May 10 at 7pm, and Fri May 12 at 10am. These will encourage you to work on your sermon, offer support for any roadblocks you hit, and provide feedback to polish your creation.

Cost: Early Bird special to Jan 31 is $40 (Feb 1-15 $50).
Includes lunch & 2 online group coaching sessions. Registration deadline Feb 15.

Meg has been a Unitarian minister for the past 14 years. She has served congregations in Edmonton, Montreal, Calgary, and now is in her fifth year as the quarter-time consulting minister with Comox Valley Unitarian Fellowship. Meg lives in Vancouver where she does a community ministry: Spirit Arts – using our creativity in spiritual exploration.
